About me

Where I come from and why I became a MTB pro

Mountain biking is much more than just sport and profession. Mountain biking means passion and perfection for me. Biking is a kind of art: I am constantly looking for the perfect bike, the optimal setup, new technical achievements and the feeling of freedom and flow on the trails.

Over the last few years I have found my recipe for success with my environment, my team and the perfect material. With Olympic silver in Tokyo and the overall World Cup victory, I was able to celebrate the greatest successes of my career in 2021. But I still have other ambitious goals and I’m still hungry for more!
